About us
Price-ref was created to give consumers full visibility of pricing in the electricity and gas market, not just the companies that are willing to pay for a listing.
Price-ref is here for the consumer, giving them unbiased, honest pricing data.
The electricity and gas data is sourced from the Energy Made Easy API and updated daily. We compare electricity plans today, with gas coming soon.
We don't take commissions or payments from retailers, so every plan is ranked on price alone.
